Proposition No. 9: We the People of the State of (an state) request the power to call for a vote of no-confidence through the Initiative and Referendum process.

    It is consistent with the powers granted by the U.S. Constitution that 
the citizens may have the power to seek justice in a time when the government 
becomes unjust, it in this interest that the power for the citizens to 
call for a vote of no-confidence in their elected officials is expressly 
implied in the constitution.  Through use of the established I&R process 
the citizens would have the power to remove corrupt or unjust officials 
from office.
     The question before you today is whether or not you will support this 
initiative through a YES vote, or oppose it through a NO vote.
